Speaker's Bio:

James Holland is a Partner at MillenniuM Investment & Retirement Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor firm which is overseen by both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).  MIRA focus is in the qualified plan space, working with Employers, DOL, IRS and ERISA Litigators and Defense firms to help enhance retirement plans for employers of all sizes. James has over 25 years of experience in the Benefits and Retirement plan space. He is the Director of Business Development and helps to run programs MIRA has specifically designed for Broker Dealers, ERISA Audit firms and SHRM chapters all over the country.

James is also one of the inventors of a patented program call the PlanGrader, which is a program designed to evaluate any retirement plan to make sure it is compliant with DOL & IRS regulations as well as the 2015 landmark SCOTUS ruling.
