How Organizational Beliefs Influence Change

Higher education faces huge shifts demanding change, and in many cases also must contend with greater resistance to change. Learn through case studies how a deep understanding of existing core beliefs and culture formed the basis of more effective change strategies in this challenging environment and take back new approaches to drive transformation in your organization. The session is designed to assist HR professionals in identifying and unpacking beliefs at the individual, departmental and organizational levels. By understanding these beliefs, individuals can identify areas of resistance and risk. Thus creating change plans that address specific areas.
