 Augusta Health is hiring a Full Time on Site HR Compliance & Team Member Relations Consultant -3.20.23

 The HR Compliance & Team Member Relations will support both HR compliance practice for the HR Division as well as support team member relations with a focus on Physicians. The position will ensure consistent practices with all policies, documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, and ensure data consistency in the HRIS. The Human Resources Compliance Specialist is responsible for HR compliance throughout the organization, ensuring ongoing compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and supporting internal and external audits.

The position will have accountability for on-going objectives including, I-9 compliance, file management, HR Policy and HR data integrity. The position will consult with leaders on performance and behavioral issues and proper administration of Physician and HR policies and procedures. Facilitate team member relations process with leaders and physicians and monitor polies and procedure are followed. The ideal candidate will have 3 years Human Resource experience and 1 year working with Physicians or other contract employees. Extensive MS Excel, and spreadsheet creation experience and previous Compliance and or Auditing experience required.
