The Benefits Analyst – Retirement & Financial Programs supports the administration and payroll reconciliation of employer-sponsored retirement plans, FSAs, and HSAs in a complex, multi-platform environment. On a bi-weekly basis, this role reconciles data across HCM, payroll, and vendor systems to ensure accuracy of team member and employer contribution records, including identifying and resolving discrepancies and coordinating corrections with internal teams and external vendors. Key responsibilities include retirement plan, FSA, and HSA reconciliations, validation of contribution accuracy, and alignment of payroll and vendor files.
